If you were already a registered Habib Finance (Australia) Limited verified customer:

We will email or post you your new log in username and password in 7-10 days and after receipt and online or phone verification of your new details you may log in and access the advanced features of the new site.

If you have been using our service up to now you are a registered or verified customer so there is no need to complete the form and ID requirements.

We are currently updating our online database and our web team will add your details.

The Benefits of Registration for our new service include;

The ability to save beneficiary details and have them auto fill your Send money form. You will be able to save up to five beneficiaries and select them from a drop down list.

• Online form access, which means no need to manually, print out form and fill in by hand
• Auto completion of your details so there is no need to enter them unless any details have changed.
• The ability to print a deal confirmation sheet showing total transaction costs at close of transaction.
• Email confirmation of your final deal rate, which will be generated by our system after we have processed your transaction, and send your funds to your nominated beneficiary.
• Special offers from Citilink Finance will be emailed to you from time to time as we release exciting new products and services.

Not only can you auto fill the send money form online but you can also store the last five recipients of funds and select those to auto fill as well saving you valuable time. We also keep a convenient record of your last month’s transactions in our database and you can print out a deal confirmation sheet when done.

If you are a New Customer

Simply fill in the online form, fax the requested documents and authority, agree to the terms and conditions of our website and then take advantage of our automated system after receipt of your unique user ID and Password by email.

Acceptable forms of personal Identification

If you have the following forms of valid ID you need send no more than these;

1. Current Australian Passport
2. Current Australian Drivers License

If you don’t have either of the above or only one of the above we will require some further proof of ID before registration, these may include the following;

• Current Bank Card in your name
• Current or recent Bank statement in your name (less than 3 month old)
• Current utility bill in your name from your provider, i.e. Telstra, Optus, Energy Australia, AGL etc.
• Current Medicare Card
